Referendum #2

This referendum proposes allocating 2,000,000 NUMN from the Numen Network Treasury to support marketing campaigns, community airdrops, social media activities, promotional events, and task-based reward programs.

The primary objective is to increase awareness of Numen Network, attract new users, miners, developers, and community members, and encourage active participation across the ecosystem.

The allocated funds will be used to reward community contributions, incentivize engagement, support promotional initiatives, and expand Numen's presence across blockchain and cryptocurrency communities.

Planned Activities

Marketing & Promotion: Campaigns to increase Numen Network's visibility and reach new audiences.

Community Airdrops: NUMN rewards distributed to eligible participants through promotional campaigns.

Social Media Events: Community activities, contests, and engagement campaigns across X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other platforms.

Task-Based Rewards: Incentives for completing community tasks, creating educational content, participating in ecosystem activities, and contributing to Numen's growth.

Community Competitions: Reward programs encouraging creativity, technical contributions, and meaningful participation.

Transparency & Accountability
